Some of the products that we advise on are unregulated and are exempt from FCA regulation. The majority of commercial mortgages, some forms of bridging, development and buy to let finance, are unregulated – with some exceptions.

PSG Financial Consultants is a brokerage not a lender, with access to the whole of the market. We may receive commission from lenders and providers. The amounts can vary depending on the lender, product and other permissible factors. The nature of any commission model will be confirmed to you before you proceed.

A fee of up to 1% of the mortgage or funding amount may be charged depending on individual circumstances. A typical fee is £499 for a standard mortgage case. For complex cases, Equity Release and Commercial advice services our fee will be higher.
