Lisa has over 23 years of experience in customer service and business support, the past 15 of those within the financial services industry, with a focus on personal protection. This background has provided Lisa with a strong foundation in administration, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Outside of work Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two teenage children. Much of which is spent traveling across Norfolk to watch football and rugby matches.

Lisa appreciates rare moments of downtime, getting out in the fresh air for walks, practicing Yoga or sitting down with a book and a cuppa.

We charge a fee for our services. This only becomes due at the point of an application submission. If you decide not to proceed before an application is submitted, no fee will be charged. A typical fee is £499 for a standard mortgage case. For complex cases, Equity Release and Commercial funding advice services our fee will be higher.
