John loves spending as much time as work allows with his wife and children. He loves working from home, enjoying the countryside views his home office provides and walking the dog between appointments. John’s keen to get back to running and travelling adventures as the children grow.

Some of the products that we advise on are unregulated and are exempt from FCA regulation. The majority of commercial mortgages, some forms of bridging, development and buy to let finance, are unregulated – with some exceptions.

PSG Financial Consultants is a brokerage not a lender, with access to the whole of the market. We may receive commission from lenders and providers. The amounts can vary depending on the lender, product and other permissible factors. The nature of any commission model will be confirmed to you before you proceed.

We charge a fee for our services. This only becomes due at the point of an application submission. If you decide not to proceed before an application is submitted, no fee will be charged. A typical fee is £499 for a standard mortgage case. For complex cases, Equity Release and Commercial funding advice services our fee will be higher.
