Dan joined PSG in 2020 having worked in financial services for 14 years. Starting out as an advisor for a high-street bank, he built comprehensive knowledge of the sector. He went on to specialise in mortgages, developing his expertise over a number of years.

Tim has been working with PSG Financial Consultants for over five years and brings with him a wealth of professionalism and expertise from previous roles. With experience of advising high net worth clients, Tim is passionate about ensuring all clients are left better informed and able to make sound financial decisions about their borrowing and protection needs.
Dedicated to providing an excellent service, Tim finds solutions for complex residential and buy to let cases, HMO & multi-unit freehold blocks, as well as holiday and short term lets.
Jason joined the team in 2022, brining with him 13 years of experience in financial services. In addition to providing financial advice, he’s worked in corporate and charity relation management and digital product design.

After initially providing administrative and compliance support to our advisors, she gained her Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) in 2024.
With broad knowledge, professionalism and excellent customer service skills, Leyannder delivers a high standard of advice, helping clients achieve their financial and protection objectives.

Blaine has 17 years’ experience in financial services, has worked in mortgages for the last seven and has been an advisor for five of those. In that time, he’s developed a comprehensive knowledge of the sector and an understanding of exactly what his clients need from him.
He meets people when and where suits, guiding them through the process from initial consultation to implementing a solution they’re happy and comfortable with.
With ten years in the industry behind her, Megan is a highly experienced Advisor. Having worked for a bank as well as a brokerage prior to joining PSG, Megan brings extensive knowledge of mortgages. This includes more specialist financing such as bridging.
Her warm, friendly approach combined with her professional knowhow helps to make her clients’ mortgage journeys as smooth and stress free as possible.
Having been a mortgage administrator for two and a half years, Will joined PSG in 2020 to take up a position as an Advisor. Already CeMAP and CeRER qualified at the time, he’s built up a wealth of experience in the last few years.
Will prides himself on being a reliable point of contact for all clients, while delivering a bespoke service that meets their individual needs. Key to his approach is making the whole process as stress-free as possible.
The satisfaction of helping clients achieve their dreams has kept John in the industry for over 15 years. After specialising in Buy to Let for several years, he wanted to help people buy their own homes and protect their families.
