differ from other mortgages

If you’re looking to buy or refinance a high value property and require a mortgage over a million pounds, you’re likely to be considered a High Net Worth customer.


Every Hight Net Worth (HNW) mortgage is tailored to reflect your unique financial position and long-term wealth management objectives. Lenders take a holistic approach when assessing affordability, often considering total assets rather than just income. You may be able to secure the financing you require with asset-backed lending, for example. This may allow you to secure a mortgage without having to sell off assets, or causing disruption to investment strategies.

High net worth mortgages

There’s also greater flexibility in repayment structures. They can be aligned with varying income sources and cash flow patterns.

We charge a fee for our services. This only becomes due at the point of an application submission. If you decide not to proceed before an application is submitted, no fee will be charged. A typical fee is £499 for a standard mortgage case. For complex cases, Equity Release and Commercial funding advice services our fee will be higher.
